By leading a Learning Lab, your organization may host a 40‑minute breakfast session in a breakout room, designed to be educational in nature and aligned with Section standards.
Session Duration: 40 Minutes - 30 Minute Educational session with 10 minutes allotted for Q&A.

Learning Lab will be promoted to all registered attendees via three email campaigns leading up to the conference

Presentation room to include podium, microphone, screen and standard projector
Learning Lab sponsors are welcome to collect attendee information during their session via a sign‑in sheet and/or a voluntary raffle drawing (for example, inviting attendees to drop a business card for a chance to win a prize). Please note attendee information collected is managed solely by the sponsoring company and not by conference organizers.
Right of First Refusal: Current Learning Lab sponsors will receive the right of first refusal to secure a Learning Lab at the next RPTE conference/meeting, exercisable within 60 days following the conclusion of the current conference.
