Patent Prosecution Virtual Boot Camp
October 28–29, 2025

The Virtual Patent Prosecution Boot Camp is a two-day online workshop designed to provide both foundational and advanced training in patent prosecution. Day 1 offers an introduction to core topics including docket management, navigating the USPTO, effective client communication, and responding to prior art rejections. Day 2 focuses on advanced techniques such as patent drafting for foreign prosecutions, strategies for drafting with litigation in mind, the use of AI in patent practice, and ethical responsibilities.
