• The ESI Forum will give Sponsors the opportunity to suggest high quality speakers for panels and programs at the event (If agreement is signed on or before 7/31/26)

On-Site Meeting Benefits:  

• Verbal acknowledgement by the Chair at key Meeting programs and in Welcome Remarks.

• Opportunity to provide branded promotional item to be distributed at registration to all registrants.  Sponsor to provide a minimum of 200 promotional items.  Item sample must be provided to ABA for approval at least 6 weeks prior to the Meeting.

• Three (3) complimentary full registrations.

• Three (3) complimentary lunch tickets (Thursday & Friday)

• Exhibit display opportunity (One exhibitor table and two chairs will be provided) with one (1) Exhibitor Badge. (Not a full meeting registration)
