On-Site Meeting Benefits:

Opportunity to sponsor IPLSPRING Reception. Event will be branded with sponsor logo prominently displayed on signage, and in all event promotion. Additionally, a sponsor representative will be introduced by the Chair and able to formally welcome attendees.
Sponsor will have the opportunity to suggest high quality speakers for a panel or program. Speaking not guaranteed. Based on quality of speaker, timing and program need.
Verbal acknowledgement by the Chair at key Meeting programs and in Welcome Remarks other than the luncheon or reception.
Opportunity to provide branded promotional item to be distributed at registration to all registrants. Sponsor to provide a minimum of 200 promotional items. Item sample must be provided to ABA-IPL for approval at least 6 weeks prior to the Meeting.
Three (3) complimentary full registrations.
Exhibit display opportunity (One exhibitor table and two chairs will be provided) with two (2) Exhibitor Badge. (Not a full meeting registration)
