TortSource is the American Bar Associations electronic newsletter for the lawyer's practicing tort and insurance law. It is published quarterly for the members of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS). 

TortSource serves the members of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, the legal profession, and others allied to the field. 

Recipients are individuals who receive TortSource as a benefit of their membership status within the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. Qualified recipients are lawyers (U.S. and foreign); legal assistants, legal administrators, law office managers, government business managers, and other Associate members of the American Bar Association; law students, law libraries, and other titled and non-titles personnel allied to the legal profession.
