About the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS)
TIPS is the ABA’s home for emerging issues and technologies in tort, trial, and insurance law. It is a source of knowledge and leadership on trial practice and critical issues of justice that involve all areas of tort, trial, and insurance law. TIPS is unique within the legal community because of its focus on balance and diversity, and bringing together plaintiffs, defense, corporate, and in-house counsel.

About the TIPS Section Conference
This event is the premier CLE conference for a wide range of attorneys, including plaintiffs and defense counsel, in-house corporate counsel, and insurance industry employees.
