Approximate Attendance: 100 pp. – 150 pp.

The Present and Powerful Speaker Series is coordinated by GPSolo Women’s Initiative Network (WIN). WIN was formed by the women leaders of the Division with the objective of advancing, promoting, and educating members about issues facing women in the legal profession and fostering an environment of support for women by creating networking opportunities, mentoring relationships, and women-focused programming. The Present & Powerful Speakers Series is a collaborative event with the ABA Women Rainmakers of the Law Practice Division of the American Bar Association.

Align your brand with an American businesswoman, author, and former politician from Georgia. Stephanie Stuckey is Chair of Stuckey’s, known as a highway oasis to generations of Americans. Founded in 1937 by her grandfather, Stuckey’s grew into over 350 stores nationwide in the 1970’s. But the company was sold and sadly declined for decades under outside ownership. Fortunately, Stuckey’s is now making a comeback thanks to Stephanie and her business partners acquiring the brand in 2019.

Stephanie received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. She has worked as a trial lawyer, a state representative, and Director of Sustainability for Atlanta.
Today, Stuckey’s owns and operates a manufacturing facility in Wrens, Georgia that makes delicious pecan snacks and candies!
