Host CLE Breakout Session
$6,500
(2 available for Spring CLE Conference)
• Opportunity to offer and host a one-hour CLE program at the Fall or Spring ABA Family Law Section CLE Conference
• Specific date, time and room location at conference are at the complete discretion of the ABA Section of Family Law.
• Content must meet MCLE baseline standards to qualify for CLE credit in all jurisdictions to which ABA applies for credit.
• Preparation of CLE program must comply with all ABA Section of Family Law CLE production requirements and deadlines.
• During the CLE presentation, speakers may not promote products or services other than general reference to the location of Host’s exhibit space, brochure, etc., and may not make any comment that implies or expresses that the ABA recommends or endorses any particular product or service of Host. (IF the address merely introduces the Host company, such as introducing the name, address and description of products and services of the Host company along with a statement of why the Host company us a proud supporter, this would be permissible.)
• CLE Breakout Session Hosting Opportunity must be conditioned on ABA’s complete control of the event and complete discretion to approve speakers or reject the proposed company speaker.
