Diamond Sponsorship

Pre-Meeting Benefits:

  • Premium visibility on the conference website with company logo linking to your website

  • Sponsor acknowledgement in the official conference brochure sent to all Section and Forum members and posted to website

  • Acknowledgement as a Diamond Sponsor on the conference webpage where the materials will be downloaded

  • The ESI and IPL Sections will give Sponsors the opportunity to suggest high quality speakers for panels and programs at the event (If agreement is signed on or before 7/31/25)

On-Site Meeting Benefits:                                                                                                                                                   

  • Verbal acknowledgement by the Chair at key Meeting programs and in Welcome Remarks.

  • Opportunity to provide branded promotional item to be distributed at registration to all registrants. Sponsor to provide a minimum of 200 promotional items. Item sample must be provided to ABA-IPL and ESI for approval at least 6 weeks prior to the Meeting.

  • Four (4) complimentary full registrations.

  • Four (4) complimentary Lunch Tickets (Thursday & Friday)

  • Exhibit display opportunity in high traffic area (one (1) exhibitor table and two (2) chairs will be provided) with (2) exhibitor badges.) (Not full meeting registrations)

  • Logo/company name display near registration area.

  • Sponsor ribbon to wear on name tags.

Post-Meeting Benefits:                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

  • Logo recognition on the ESI and IPL websites of AmericanBar.org

  • Post-Event attendee list. (name, firm name/company, city and state per ABA policy)

Two companies from the same industry will not be allowed to co-sponsor an event. Events and locations are subject to change.
